Our firm
We run the petitions ourselves: an advocate, teams in Moscow and Miami, more than five hundred approvals — and an honest read of your chances before you pay for representation.
Get in touchOverview
Every petition is led by advocate Sergei Voronin: 13 years of practice, a PhD in law, a professor, more than 500 approved cases. We read scientific, business and creative profiles the way USCIS reads them. When we say which criteria are closed, it is based on practice, not on a polished résumé.
Our result is tied to yours. If the evidence is short, we say so at the start and build the record — we do not sell a weak petition. We measure ourselves by approvals and by how an officer reads the package, not by the length of a presentation.

Sergei Voronin
Advocate
PhD in Law, professor
He has led EB-1A, EB-2 NIW and O-1 petitions since 2013 — more than 500 approved cases for clients from eleven countries. A PhD in law, a professor, author of more than forty scholarly publications and a reviewer for an international journal: he knows how USCIS reads papers, citations and recommendation letters because he lives in that system. He leads every case himself — from the audit to the finished package.

Principles
How we work

01
An honest read before you pay
The complimentary consultation and the $250 audit exist so we can say no before you have paid for representation. We do not file petitions we know are weak: a denial hits you harder than it hits us.

02
Led by an advocate, not a manager
Strategy, evidence, letters and the petition are done by the advocate in person. There is no account manager between you and the lawyer retelling the case.

03
We answer with the result
If a petition we prepared receives a final denial, we refund the fee or prepare a refile at no charge — your choice, on the terms of the guarantee.

Real cases
More than 500 approved petitions for clients from eleven countries.

“My path to EB-1A was built around the profession of professional guitarist. In concrete terms: 11 months of review. The outcome — the petition was approved with no RFE. What I value in Forward Visa is that they help separate real evidence from noise and assemble it into a story an officer will understand quickly”
