Section 06

Original contribution, letters and speaking

The most demanding criterion: a patent or a book by itself does not prove contribution — you need evidence of influence: adoption, use, citation, letters from organisations. Items in this section create artefacts around which we then gather proof of influence; recommendation letters are written on a brief for a specific criterion. On their own the artefacts do not close the criterion, and we say so plainly.

Closes: EB-1A criteria 5 and 8 · O-1 criteria 5 and 7 · recommendation letters — for any category

Media placements are editorial, arranged by the agency: the piece is written about you and goes through the outlet’s editors. We only offer items that strengthen a specific case, and we do not promise that a USCIS officer will count the criterion — that decision is his. The catalogue is open to clients of other lawyers.
