Section 04

Peer review and editorial boards

The “judging” criterion is not only competition juries: peer-reviewing scholarly articles and sitting on a journal’s editorial board is documented evaluation of other people’s work. You need proof of actual work: an invitation, a review, a letter of thanks from the editors. The catalogue lists journals that take reviewers and board members, and states what you will have in hand.

Media placements are editorial, arranged by the agency: the piece is written about you and goes through the outlet’s editors. We only offer items that strengthen a specific case, and we do not promise that a USCIS officer will count the criterion — that decision is his. The catalogue is open to clients of other lawyers.
