Section 02

Scholarly articles, manuals and books

The “scholarly articles” criterion does not require a degree — it requires publications in specialist outlets with editors and peer review. The catalogue has journals in Russia, the United States, the United Kingdom, India and international titles indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, VAK and eLibrary, plus teaching manuals and books that also work for “original contribution” and authorship. Timelines run from two weeks to six months depending on the outlet.

Closes: EB-1A criterion 6 · O-1 criterion 6 · NIW: well positioned

Media placements are editorial, arranged by the agency: the piece is written about you and goes through the outlet’s editors. We only offer items that strengthen a specific case, and we do not promise that a USCIS officer will count the criterion — that decision is his. The catalogue is open to clients of other lawyers.
